PEREIRA, Dustin - With profound sadness and unbearable grief, we announce the sudden passing of Dustin, while in Calgary on Monday, April 2nd, 2018 at the young age of 28.
Dustin will be forever missed by his loving family, including his Dad Chris and wife Laura, his brother Bradley, Alysha and Michael, his stepmother Cindy, his mother Jeanette and sister Stephanie, Grandparents Theresa (late Ignatius) and Peter, uncles, aunts and cousins, girlfriend Rosie and her daughter Emma, as well as many extended family and friends.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N., Whitby (905-655-3662) on Sunday April 8 2018 from 2:00 - 5:00. Funeral Service as well as a Celebration of Life for Dustin will be held in the Barnes Chapel Monday morning April 9th, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Pinewood Client Services or Renascent (Paul J. Sullivan Centre) would be appreciated.
