On Sunday, October 29, 2023, the unstoppable force and amazing life of Ed James came to an end.

 

He passed away peacefully, in Aurora, Ontario, his residence for 53 years.

 

He is survived by his sons, Dennis, Stuart (Cathy) and Robert (Darleen).

 

Proud grandfather of Ryan, Darren, Alex, Eric, Daniel, Connor and Chelsea. Great-grandfather to Landyn, Jude, Rufus, and Logan.

Will be missed by his former wife, Lynda Hodson-James (married from 1995-2013).

 

Ed was predeceased by his 1st wife, Diane James (mother of his children) deceased 2001. Survived by his brother, Sidney; and predeceased by his sister, Shirley.

 

A Celebration of Life for Ed will be on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Filly and Co., 14888 Yonge Street, Aurora, Ontario L4G 1M7.
