Rosemary Candace Jamie Williams

1955 – 2025

Peacefully, at her residence on February 22, 2025, at the age of 69, Rosemary Williams began her new journey. She was surrounded by her family while holding the hands of her children.

Beloved wife of Gregory Williams for nearly 50 years. Loving mother of Roxanne, J.D. (Suzanne Mahabir), and Tania (Hugo Rodriguez). Cherished grandmother of Shannon, Shane, Miasiah, Jaybeus, Arianah, Gabriella, and Samantha.

Rosemary was dearly loved and thought of as a second mother to Sandra Malcolm, Jeffery Wegg, Janice Wood, and Christopher Donald Harper.

She was predeceased by her parents Jacob and Mary Mulholland, her brothers Donald “Wayne” and John, and her sister Beverly. She leaves behind her sisters Patricia Elwes-Couture (Mario), Theresa Wegg, Crystal Greene, and sister-in-law Judy Mulholland.

As a matriarch, Rosemary embraced everyone as her own family, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who knew her. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, and her spirit will be deeply missed by family and friends alike.

A celebration of her life will be held in her honor at a later date, where we will remember the love and joy she brought into our lives.

Timothy Donald Phalen

January 20, 1970 - November 27, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Timothy Donald Phalen on November 27, 2024, at the age of 54. Beloved husband to Tracy Phalen, Tim was a loving father to Bradley and the late Kenneth, a cherished father-in-law to Jacqueline, and a proud grandfather to Kellan.

Tim was the dear son of Cyril (Jill) and the late Gloria and the devoted brother of Stephen and the late Stephanie. He will be missed by his brothers-in-law Doug (Lori), Cecil Jr, and Rob, and was predeceased by his father-in-law Cecil Sr, mother-in-law Mary, niece Krystle, and nephew Wade. Tim’s beloved fur babies, Rusty and Bentley, will feel his absence deeply, as will his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom he considered family. He is now reunited with his sweet Dakota.

Tim cherished summers camping with Tracy at Eden Springs, Sunday beers in the garage, and watching his Toronto Maple Leafs with an ice-cold Coors Light. He had a zest for life, from hunting down the best sales to sharing treats with anyone who visited. Known for his generosity and big heart, Tim was loved and respected by all who knew him.

A celebration of life will be held in the new year. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Sarnia Humane Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association in Tim’s memory. Arrangements are under the care of Affordable Funeral Options.
