Robert "Bob" David Stewart

Bob left this world too soon on the morning of November 15th, 2024, at Princess Margaret Hospital’s Hospice, surrounded by family, after a fierce and tireless battle with oral cancer. His strength and resilience were a testament to his remarkable character, touching the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Bob was a creative and compassionate soul, known for his positivity and warmth even in the face of adversity. His ability to see the best in others and his unwavering support left a lasting impact on his family, friends, and community. He was a guiding force and a true inspiration to all who knew him.

Bob is survived by his beloved nieces Nicole, Shauna, Allison, Eleni, Michaela, and Chance; his great-nieces Ariel, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Alanis, and Amelia; and his siblings Wilfred (Pat), Diane, Jim, and Bill (Jane). He was cherished deeply by his friends and family, who will forever remember his wisdom, love, and incredible kindness.

We invite friends and family to celebrate Bob’s life at an Irish Wake on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 1–4 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 344, 1395 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto, ON, M6K 3C1.
