With love and sadness, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Bussink, who passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 24, 2025, in his 61st year.
Beloved husband of over 36 years to Pietje Bussink of Simcoe. Loving father and opa to Mirjam vdZweep (Katrinus) of Berlikum, and their sons Jeffrey & David; Robert Bussink (Vanessa) of London; and Ingrid Zelic (Zeljko) of Simcoe, and their sons Alex & Lorenzo.
Jeffrey will be deeply missed by his sisters Marilyn Van Bijleveld (Peter) of Holland, Grace Haaijema (Sieger) of Simcoe, and Joanne Pool of Holland, as well as his brothers John of Holland, Henk of Simcoe, and Tim Bussink (Nynke vdVelde) of Holland. He will also be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Friends are invited to share their memories with Jeffrey's family at the Jason Smith Funeral Chapel, 689 Norfolk St. North, Simcoe, for visitation on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday morning at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Pastor Jay Black.
Cremation will follow, with a private interment of ashes at a later date.
