Smiling elderly woman with glasses and floral vest.Audrey Margaret Harney (née Beaucage)
January 9, 1931 – October 30, 2024

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Audrey Margaret Harney (née Beaucage) on October 30, 2024, at the North Bay Serenity Hospice following a brief illness. Born on Temagami Island on January 9, 1931, Audrey’s early years were shaped by her parents Josephine (Commanda) and Angus Beaucage, learning the ways of the land on the trapline. Her early experiences fostered a resilient and compassionate spirit that touched many lives.

Audrey was a dedicated mother to seven children—Sharon (Murray), Michael (Gisele), Colleen (Robert), Norman (Francine), Jennifer (Doug), David (Cheryl), and Cheryl (Kevin)—and a proud grandmother to 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She is predeceased by her parents, siblings Corine, Evelyn, Yvonne, and Joseph, and her grandson Bradly Twigg.

A committed member of the Holy Name Parish and the Catholic Women’s League, Audrey was also instrumental in establishing Twiggs Coffee Roasters in North Bay. Her kindness and warmth were felt deeply by those around her, and she will be dearly missed by her community and loved ones.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Martyn Funeral Home on Monday, November 4, 2024, with visitations from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Name Parish on Tuesday, November 5, at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Duchesnay Cemetery. A reception will take place at Twiggs Coffee Roasters (595 Cartier St.).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Audrey’s memory may be made to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice.

Todd Ross Partridge
1962 - 2024

It is with great sadness but peaceful hearts that the family of Todd Partridge announce his passing on October 11th, 2024. While surrounded by family, the administration of MAID ended Todd’s many years of suffering through the pain and deterioration of rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes.

Predeceased by his mother Diane Partridge (nee Ross), Todd is survived by his wife Linda Papineau, his daughter Gates Partridge, his father James Partridge, and father-in-law Alphonse Papineau, as well as his brother Randy Partridge and sister Cindy Scarfone, their spouses, and children. He will be missed by family and friends here and worldwide.

Thank you to Dr. Nelson and the nurses at NBRHC. Respecting Todd’s wishes, there will be no services, but a donation in his name to the Last Wish Foundation at NBRHC would be appreciated, as it helped his family ease the pain of his loss.
