It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hilda Evelyn De Leeuw (De Jong) on Sunday, December 22 at University of Ottawa Heart Institute in her 63rd year.

Hilda will be missed by her loving daughters Danielle and Hailey. She will be missed by her longtime friend Herman. Dear sister of †Tiena, Peter (Donna), and Gary (Melanie). Aunt of Mindy (James), Stephine (Robert), Emily, and Miles. Great Aunt of Jacob, Seth, Tiberius, Robert, and Arthur. Predeceased by her mother Minke, father Jacob, and sister Tiena.

Friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral Chapel, 28 Caithness Street East, Caledonia, on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 2–6 PM. Interment will take place at York Cemetery on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 1 PM.

Sheri Marie Kentish passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, December 21, 2024. Sheri was a loving mother to her four sons: Jason, Daniel, Mikael, and Scott. She touched the lives of everyone she met, spreading joy with her radiant smile and laughter that could brighten any mood. Sheri was a devoted animal lover and protector of God’s creatures throughout her life.

She was a cherished daughter to Jim and Marlyn Scott, a beloved sister to Cindy, Nancy, Kelly, and Jeff, and is reunited in peace with her sister Lori. Sheri adored her grandchildren Ava, Paisley, and Brody, who brought out her inner child and added boundless joy to her life. She will be forever missed, and her light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who loved her.

Sheri's funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Miller Funeral Chapel, Caledonia. Details of services will be provided directly by the family. Memories and condolences may be shared at necrocanada.com.
