(Née Joanis) De Rockland, originaire de Vanier, Ontario, est décédée le samedi 22 février 2025, à l’âge de 82 ans. Elle était l’épouse de feu Jean-Claude Viau, la fille de feu Rosario Joanis et de feu Adrienne Rochon. Elle laisse dans le deuil son fils Marc (Danielle Auger).
Elle laisse également son frère Marcel (Denise) ainsi que plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-sœurs, neveux, nièces et ami(e)s. Elle fut prédécédée par ses fils, Martin et Justin, ainsi que son frère, Ronald. Marc désire remercier les équipes de l’Hôpital de Winchester et de la Résidence St-Viateur de Limoges pour les soins prodigués à Denise.
Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, des dons à l’Hôpital de Winchester peuvent être faits en mémoire de Mme Viau.
Les funérailles seront célébrées le mardi 4 mars à 11 h, à la chapelle de la maison funéraire.

Fernand "FERN" Pilon
1935 - February 11, 2025
M. Fernand "FERN" Pilon, de Rockland, Ontario, est décédé le mardi 11 février 2025, à l’âge de 90 ans.
Il était le fils de feu Dosithé Pilon et de feu Bernadette (Gagnon).
Il laisse ses filles: Joanne, Roxanne et Carol Ann; ses petits-enfants: Maxine (Al) et Nicholas (Cassie) et son arrière-petit-fils, Liam.
Il laisse également sa sœur Liette (Merrill Hickey), la mère de ses enfants Lorraine Morin et plusieurs neveux, nièces et ami(e)s.
Il fut précédé par son fils Roch, sa sœur Germaine et ses frères Gilles (Fernande) et Denis (feu Louise).
La famille vous accueillera afin de partager des souvenirs de Fernand le samedi 1er mars 2025 de 14h à 17h au Jardins Belle Rive, 2950 rue Laurier, Rockland, ON.
L’inhumation aura lieu en privé pour la famille au printemps 2025.

Mme Liette Miller (née Lacroix) of Bourget, originally from Pembroke, Ontario, passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 76.
She leaves behind her children André, Jean-Guy, and Liane, as well as her beloved grandchildren Michael and Gabrielle.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Théo Brunet & Fils Funeral Home, Rockland.

Christopher McLaughlin
2025 - February 10, 2025
M. Christopher Charles Frank McLaughlin of Rockland, Ontario, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at the age of 55, just days before his 56th birthday.
Beloved son of Willa (née Robillard) and the late Donald McLaughlin. He will be fondly remembered by his many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be made in Christopher’s memory.
A celebration of Christopher’s life will be held at a later date.

Paul-André Lemery
1949 - November 26, 2024
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Paul-André Lemery, originally from Bourget and most recently of Curran, Ontario, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the age of 75. Paul-André was the beloved husband of Claudette (née Vinette) and the cherished son of Yvette Saumure and the late Léo-Paul Lemery.
He leaves behind his children, Nadine (Luc Rocheleau) and Mathieu, and his grandchildren, Maxime and Katie Rocheleau. He is also survived by his sisters Pauline (Laurent Lalonde) and Hélène (Rhéo Desjardins), as well as his mother-in-law Cécile Lacasse (late Fernand Vinette), numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Sacré-Coeur Church, 3765 Champlain Street, Bourget, ON, K0A 3E0. The family will receive condolences at the church starting at 10:00 AM before the service.
