June 3, 1937 - February 28, 2025

George passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Thursday, February 28, 2025, at the age of 87.
Beloved husband of Fay (Kingsbury) and the late Marina Gallichan.
Loving father of Wade (Roy Rogers).
Grandfather to Jaye Rogers and Corey (Sarah) Rogers and great-grandfather to Reece and Peyton.

He is predeceased by his parents Oliver and Helena (Lamache) Berard, brother Eugene Berard, and sisters Rita Pilon and Ernestine St. Louis.
He will be dearly missed by many friends and family.

Visitation:
Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville.

Funeral Mass:
St. James The Less Catholic Church, Eganville.

Passed Away on March 1, 2025

Margaret Dillabough passed away peacefully at Bonnechere Manor on Saturday, March 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the cherished wife of the late Gib Dillabough and a devoted mother to her six children:
Bob (Patti) Dillabough, Peggy Valliquette, JoAnne (John) McGregor, Mike (Tracee) Dillabough, Rick (Kelly) Dillabough, and Chauntel (Lance) Delarge.

A proud and loving Nana, Margaret’s legacy lives on through her grandchildren:
Garry, Paige, Megan, Candace, Adam, Mitchell, Macy, Joey, Jack, Andrea, Brooke-Lynn, Morgan, Abby, and Mallory.
She will be deeply missed by her sister, Barb Ogden, and fondly remembered as “Aunt Maggie” by many nieces and nephews.

Margaret was predeceased by her mother, Minnie Ogden, and siblings Carl (Leona) Warren, Ronnie (Pat) Warren, Marilyn (Ken) McMillan,
Ginny (Stanley) Valliquette, and Joey (Norma) Ogden.

Margaret (Maggie) was known for her love of a good party, a well-made Caesar, classic country music, and most of all, time spent with her family.
Her warmth, humour, and the long stories she shared will continue to be cherished and retold for generations to come.

The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the Nurses, PSWs, and Dr. Di Paolo at Bonnechere Manor for the exceptional care she received.

“Nana will be loved and remembered every day in our hearts.”

Visitation:
Wednesday, March 5, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and again on Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Service:
Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Zohr Funeral Home, Renfrew.
Reception:
Following the service at Kirk Hall.

Howard Felhaber

July 18, 1937 - December 21, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Howard Felhaber at the age of 87 years, at home, on December 21, 2024.
Howard was predeceased by his loving wife Arlene (Trebbien) in 2015. He was the caring father of Perry (Denise), Karen (Karen), Kim (Tom) and Robert.
Loving Papa to Chris (Paula), Scott (Brooke), Danny (Mina), David (Leah), Melanie (Chris), Joel and Owen.
Great-grandparent to Olive, Eloise, Mia, Harper, Easton and Nora.

He was predeceased by his parents, Edna and Walter, his sister Cecile (the late Arnold James) and brother Darcy.
He was the son-in-law of the late Bill and Pearl Trebbien. He is survived by his sisters Eunice Chenette (late Bob), Arbella Schwann (late Edgar) and Della Bouffard (Art),
and sisters-in-law Joan Kelly (Leo) and Shirley Swant (late Bob). He also was loved by many nieces and nephews.

Howard lived his whole life in the Eganville area. He loved the outdoors and made his living as a forester.
He also drove a school bus for many years. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending his time at the family cottage on Lake Clear.
In later life, Mom and Dad travelled and enjoyed spending their time at home on the McGrath Road with family and friends.

We would like to thank the OPP officers, Emergency Services, Coroner and Zohr Family Funeral Home for their quick response.
The care, compassion shown and professional handling of such a difficult situation was very much appreciated.

Arrangements are entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. A Celebration of Life for Dad will take place in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
