BELL, George - Age 96 of Don Mills, ON and recently of Unionville, ON, passed into the presence of his Lord and Saviour on October 16, 2021 at Markham Stouffville hospital.
Faithful Husband of 60 years to Henrietta (nee Donaldson).
Cherished Father to Stephen (Peggy) and Allan (Melissa).
Beloved Grandfather to Jennifer (Jordan), Jonathan, and Nathan.
Living his whole life in Toronto, George was the son of Northern Irish immigrants and his 96 years were filled with many happy memories with family, friends and the dear believers at the various Gospel Hall assemblies he attended in the Toronto area.
The transformative event in his life occurred on October 21, 1947 when he embraced the truth of John 5:24, and came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour.
He was pleased to have worked in the accounting division of Texaco Canada, for the majority of his career.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021 from 7:00 – 7:45 p.m. and from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. In keeping with
current COVID-19 guidelines, the Funeral service is private.
