SMITH, George R.   – 

July 6, 1938 – October 25, 2023

On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, George passed away after a brief illness at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby, Ontario.

Loving husband of Brenda; and beloved father of Karen (Frank).

Grandfather of Jordon Grant (Samantha Crowe); and great-grandfather (or Yada as he liked to be called) of Beau.

Predeceased by son, Steven (2020).

George will be remembered and missed by his brother, John (Sheila); and many other family members.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.

A private interment will take place at a future date. Arrangements with Stonehouse-Whitcomb Funeral Home, Grimsby.
