CARTER, Gerald Norman (Gerry)  -  Peacefully at River Glen Haven Nursing Home on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the age of 78 years.

Gerald Carter, loving son of the late Norman and Mary Carter.

Gerry will be dearly missed by his sister, Janice Ponepal, his nephew, Timothy, niece, Stephanie, and nephew, Philip. Predeceased by his wife, Susan (Broadbridge) Carter, his brother, Leonard, and his sister, Marilyn.

Gerry worked for Air Canada for several years and went to York University, graduating with a Geriatrics degree.

Gerry's favorite past-time was driving one of the many mustangs he had through the years, from 1967 to 2005.

As a youngster, Janice loved it when Gerry would pick her up in his '67 mustang and take her to A and W. Gerry also enjoyed creating models of different cars and airplanes in his spare time.

A private service to celebrate Gerry's life will be determined in the near future. Arrangements in care of the Forrest and Taylor Funeral Home, Sutton.

Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
