Richard Green, beloved husband of Barbara Darby.

Loving father of Jeffrey, Christopher and David (Shana).

Richard is survived by his brother Robert Green (Valerie), brother-in-law Thomas Bell (Leslee) and is a dear uncle to David, Julie, Lesley, Bryan, Gregory and their families.

Wardle AndrewWARDLE, Dr. Andrew - Dr. Andrew Wardle passed away peacefully on October 9, 2019 at the age of 73 after battling with Alzheimer’s and is now able to rest.

Fortunate and grateful to have shared his life and love; he was a wonderful husband to Mosie, loving father of Blaise and Tania (and second father to so many of their friends), Grandad to Kai, and the eldest of 7 siblings.

A man of many pursuits and infinite interests, he was a sponge for information and always keen to share his knowledge and engage in a debate. Having set up the Anesthesia department at Credit Valley Hospital, Andy was a talented doctor who brought comfort to so many and was respected and loved by colleagues over 42 years of service.

Born in Lancashire, England on May 8th 1924, she married her childhood sweetheart Richard Eccles in 1948 after serving the war effort helping manufacture Lancaster Bombers.

She was blessed with a daughter Maureen (Patrick) and son David (Jane).

Carter JohnCARTER, John Marshall 'Jack' - WWII veteran Major Jack Carter (18th Royal Garhwal Rifles, Indian Army), 98, passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, on October 6, 2019.

Born in Tientsin, China, to British expatriates, Jack attended boarding school at Chefoo (1931-1934) and the St. Louis College in Tientsin (1935-1937).

Jack went on to serve in WWII (1941-1946) before settling in Canada, attending Queens University (B. Comm 1951) and joining Ford Motor Company, where he worked until his retirement.

Jack was the beloved patriarch of the Carter family. A devoted husband to Ruth (Switzer) for 70 years and loving father to Virginia (Imants Udris), Ian (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Jennifer (Neil Matson).
