Annette Marguerite Marie Hamm

February 17, 1923 - November 30, 2024

Annette Marguerite Marie Hamm passed away peacefully on November 30, 2024, at the May Court Hospice, in her 102nd year. Born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, Annette was the beloved wife of the late Frank Gaudet (1984) and the late Warren Hamm (2011).

She was the cherished mother of Peter Gaudet (Patti VanBruggen) and Paula Fitzsimons (David) and a loving grandmother to Andrea and Blair Fitzsimons (Cherylene). Known affectionately as "Gigi," she kept her great-grandchildren Mary, Anna, and Neil warm with her lovingly knitted creations. Annette was the last surviving child of Laura and Pierre LeBlanc, being the second youngest of eight siblings.

Annette spent nearly 15 wonderful years at the Kanata Empress, where the family remains grateful for the unwavering care and kindness shown by the staff.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa, on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 1:30 PM, followed by a reception.
