HILDEBRANDT, Henry - Of 5 Tabor Drive, St. Catharines, passed into the presence of the Lord and a host of Angels on August 30, 2017.
He was born to John and Maria Hildebrandt of Sperling, Man. on November 11, 1932. On April 24 1954 he was married to Anna Marie Wall, shortly after their marriage Henry was baptized on his confession of faith and accepted in the Vineland Mennonite Brethren Church.
The family grew and later was blessed with 4 daughters. Henry was self-employed where he farmed for 16 years. In 1974, Henry and Anna moved to South River, ON where he worked up until his retirement in 1995.
He was predeceased by his youngest daughter Brenda Reimer, two brothers and two sisters.
He leaves to mourn his wife Anna, three daughter’s; Marilyn, Wendy, Shirley (Steve); 7 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, brother of Abe (Marilyn) Hildebrandt and George (Gabriel) Hildebrandt; Ram and Sashi Puri and family as well as many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St, on Monday, September 4 from 2-4 & 7-8:30 p.m. A private family interment will take place prior to the Funeral Service on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Reception to follow in the Tallman fireside Room.
