BOCHNEK, Jay Lawrence   -  Peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto, on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, in his 61st year.

Loved son of Selma Bochnek of Belleville and the late Seymour "Sy" Bochnek.

A private graveside service was held at the Sons of Jacob Memorial Park. Private Shiva.

The family extends their appreciation to Jay's cousin, Gail, and the team of Doctors at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre for their compassion and care.
