MOORE, John "Jack" Evans - On the morning of November 2, 2023, John "Jack" Evans Moore passed away peacefully, at St. Joseph Hospital in Toronto, at age 85.
Born on August 5, 1938 in Toronto, he was the only son of the late Isabell (Evans) and John Moore.
Jack will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 54 years Evelyn; his two sons, David (Nathalie Savard) and Jeffrey (Samantha LaRocque); family and friends.
Thank you to all the staff at St. Joseph Hospital and Bayshore at Weston Gardens for all Jack's care.
