O'BRIEN, John Patrick 'Jack' - June 8, 1939 St. Albans, England – December 29, 2020 Toronto, Canada. Jack passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the age of 81.
Cherished Father of Paul O’Brien (Anne-Marie).
Loving partner of Annette Spahn.
Much loved brother of Ben O’Brien (Xochitl).
Proud Grandad of Justin O’Brien and Adam O’Brien.
Honorary Grandad of Olivia Spahn-Vieira, Daniel Spahn-Vieira and Joseph Spahn-Vieira.
Loved Uncle of Kevin O’Brien (Christine) and Sean O’Brien (Tracey). Jack will be greatly missed by Carolyn Spahn and Kevin Vieira. Predeceased by his wife, Margaret (Peggy) O’Brien.
Jack lived a very full life. He was passionate about his family, his friends, music and travel. He will be missed by all that were fortunate to enjoy his company.
Due to COVID restrictions funeral services and interment will be held privately. We look forward to a time when we can gather to share memories of Jack’s life with the many family and friends who loved him.
