WATSON-HIGGINS, Joshua Andrew - It is with unbearable sadness that the family of Josh announces his sudden passing on August 30th, 2017 at the young age of 32.
Adored son of Deanna Watson and Murray Gilbert Higgins (Kimberley).
Loving father of Samantha and Brooklyn. Soulmate and partner of Jennifer Mahler. Wonderful stepfather of Yvonne, Abby, Sierra, Casy and Cob. He will be greatly missed by all. Treasured stepbrother of Kyle (Stacey), Katelyn, Antoinette "Toni" and Jess.
Predeceased by his loving grandmother Mary Bieda and Poppy, his great-grandparents Walter and Stella Wojawoda, Ebby and Hazel Higgins; also by his grandfather Frank Bowland, and his stepfather David Bowland. Cherished grandson of Reg and Ann Watson, and Donna Bowland.
Dearest uncle of Frankie. Josh will be forever in the hearts of many uncles, aunts, cousins, and the Bowland family.
He had the unique ability to bring many friends into his life, and especial thank you to Justin for being such a longtime friend and brother. The adventures you shared together since childhood meant so very much to Josh.
Family and friends will be received at Hulse & English funeral home, 75 Church Street, St Catharines, ON on Tuesday, September 5th from 1 – 2 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at 2 pm. with cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or MS Society of Canada.
