With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our great matriarch, Karen Elizabeth Watson.
A wonderful woman who devoted her life to her love of family, friends and enjoying life.
Beloved wife of Michael John Watson.
Amazing mother to Derek, Lisa (Rick), Terry (Nikki). The world's best Nana to Brianna, Vanessa, Brooke, Julian, and Lexi.
When faced with life's challenges of breast cancer and Alzheimer's, Karen handled herself with such bravery, grace and dignity.
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget. Karen just danced.
You can take it easy now Karen. We love you endlessly.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, Georgetown, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
