WESTLAKE, Kathleen (Kay) Mary - Kathleen (Kay) Mary Westlake passed away peacefully on October 16, 2018, in her 95th year, at Trillium Hospital Mississauga.
Predeceased by her loving husband Ron and her sisters Elsie, Lillian, Phyllis and Eva.
Beloved mother of Larry and Carol (Randy).
Loving Nana to Jesse (Jelena), Shane and the puppies.
The family would like to thank the staff at Trillium Hospital and staff and friends at Chartwell Regency.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, Weston, on Saturday, October 20th from 12 noon until the time of service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Private interment to follow at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
