Peter Franklin Kemp passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, at the age of 83. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Peter was a distinguished criminal lawyer who dedicated over 40 years to the legal profession. A Celebration of Life will take place in the spring in Peter’s garden. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
