PORTO, Manuel Silveira - Passed away on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at home in his 78th year.
Beloved wife of Ema of 52 years.
Dear father of Christina (Reece), and Ana.
He will also be greatly missed by his 2 adored grandchildren Spencer and Petra.
Dear brother of Luisa and Lucinda.
Manuel is predeceased by his parents Manuel (Marquez) and Luisa.
Manuel was born in Pico (Acores), Portugal and came to Canada in 1969.
He will be resting at Cardinal Funeral Home, Toronto on Monday October 11, 2021 and visitation will be from 2-6 pm. His funeral mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Agnes Parish, Toronto on Tuesday October 12, 2021 at 10 am. Entombment will follow. A ‘celebration of life’ reception will follow, details to follow.
If desired, donations in memory of Manuel may be made to Canadian Centre for Addiction and Mental Health or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
