It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Maria Prudenza on December 19th, 2020.
Predeceased by beloved husband Antonio DeFilippis (1970).
Loving mother of Joseph, Michael (Colleen) and Ildebrando (Rosie).
Cherished Nonna to Anthony (Kelsey), Lauren (Chris), Antonio (Jamie) and Rosetta.
Sister to the late Nicola (Chiara), Michele (late Acelsia), Giovanni (late Anna), Leonarda (Giuseppe), the late Apollonia (late Onofrio), and sister-in-law to the late Grazia (late Vito), late Anna (late Rocco), Ildebrando (Ellen) and the late Benedetto (Porzia).
Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 23rd from 11am until the time of the private family service to follow in our chapel at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234).
The service will be available via Live Streaming. The link will be posted Wednesday morning and you will be able to join the service a few minutes before it begins.

Entombment will take place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
