MacPHEE, Marjorie Theresa (nee Malcolm) - Marjorie Theresa MacPhee (nee Malcolm) age 92, formally of Etobicoke, Ontario, passed away on Saturday, December 12th, 2020 at Wyndham Long Term Care Facility after battling Covid-19.
Marjorie was born in Nova Scotia on September 12th, 1928. Marjorie worked as a factory worker at Christie, Brown and Company from 1963 until she retired at the age of 65.
She enjoyed baking, gardening, scrapbooking, reading and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Marjorie is survived by her four children, Jack and his wife Shirley, Audrey and her husband Allan McMahon, Alfred and Beverly.
Her Grandchildren, Matthew and his children; Sheryl and her husband David Dundas and their children; and Patricia. Robert and his wife Candice and their children; Jessie and his wife Tara and their child; and Kristy.
Marjorie is survived by her siblings Alice and husband Sandy Sanderson; Avard and his wife Mary; Aubrey and his wife Pamela; sister Rose Hemmings; and Edna and her husband Peter Sanger. Along with various nieces and nephews.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 1996; son Terrance in 1962 and son Steven in 1967. Brothers Garnet in 2012 and twin brothers Robert and Ralph in 1943 and her sister Stella in 2018. Also parents Avard in 1980 and mother Viola in 1973.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
The funeral service will be held for immediate family on Tuesday, December 15th at Ridley Funeral Home. Interment at Springcreek Cemetery, Mississauga.
