MUMFORD, Maurice "Moe" Mumford - Peacefully with his devoted family at his side, Moe passed on into the arms of his heavenly Father on June 28, 2022 in his 90th year.
Beloved and devoted husband of Clarissa for 63 years.
Loving father of Debbie (Chris) Crosby and Joanne Mumford (Ted Schlotzhauer).
Cherished Grandpa Moe of Katie (Doug) Graham, Rebecca Crosby (Sabrina Mariani), Matt Schlotzhauer (Maddy Lunz), Rachel (Sean) Bargent and Bridget Schlotzhauer (Steve Fontana) and Great Grandpa of Oliver and Annie Bargent.
Moe will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Moe had many great times with his TNOB friends, be it playing hockey, baseball or the annual trip to the hunt camp (the annual boys' trip). He was an active resident at Harmony Hill- playing pool, solving the world's problems over coffee with his "Bistro Buddies" and enjoying Happy Hour with a beer in his hand.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 6th at 11:00am at St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, Courtice.
A private family interment will follow.
In memory of Moe, donations may be made to Oak Ridges Hospice, or Canadian Angelman Syndrome Society.
