MARIN, Nellie Ann - With sadness, we announce the passing of Nellie, on May 13, 2024, at the age of 91.
She is now reunited in heaven with her husband, Marcello (August 7, 2007).
Beloved mother of Angela; and dear sister to Elio (Carol).
Predeceased by her sister-in-law, Adeline; she will be missed by her nephews, Michael (Patti), David (Stephanie), and Paul (Lee); as well as her niece, Carol (Damian).
Nellie will be remembered for her kindness and dedication to those she loved.
Relatives and friends are welcomed to Bernardo Funeral Homes, 2960 Dufferin St., on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin Street), on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 10 a.m. Nellie will then be laid to rest by her husband's side, at Mount Hope Cemetery.
In honour of her memory, donations may be made to either the Baycrest Foundation or the Princess Margaret Foundation.
