FABER, Ada Jantje Faber

On Tuesday, December 23, 2025 God called Ada home to heaven as she peacefully slept at the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry at age 81. Ada (nee Ysinga), dearly loved wife of Bert Faber of Port Perry. Loved mother of Robert, Jacqueline and her husband Tyler, Jennifer and her husband Richard, and Richard and his wife Adrienne. Loving grandmother of Andrew, Sarah, Abigail, Brock, Erica, Daniel, Jacob, Evelyn, and Darcy. Dear sister of Corrie and her husband George Andringa (deceased), Bert Ysinga (deceased) and his wife Shirley, Ann and her husband Christian Henneau, Ena Repole and her husband Kurt, and Edward Ysinga (deceased). Ada’s memory is a blessing that will continue to inspire and uplift all those who knew her.

The family of Ada Faber will receive family and friends at the Port Perry Baptist Church, 2210 Highway 7A in Port Perry on Saturday, January 10^th from 10 – 11 a.m. followed by a Service to Celebrate Ada’s life at 11 a.m. with light refreshments afterwards. Private interment Bethel Cemetery, Greenbank.
