With profound sadness we announce the sudden passing our Son and Brother.

 

Adam will be missed by his parents Mike and Kathy Luke of Courtice.

 

Loved brother of Sara Chapieski and her husband Mark of Oshawa.

 

Great Uncle of Desmond and Lincoln.

Adam is survived by his grandfather Ray Hodson and predeceased by his grandmother Verna Hodson as well as Earlby and Phyllis Luke.

 

Adam is remembered by his several aunts and uncles and many cousins and countless friends.
