ADZIJA, Jakov Adžija

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jakov and Kata (Butković); his siblings, Marija Jelkovac (late Andrija), Anka Špelić (late Šime) and Marko; Mićo Adžija (Dragica), Marko Adžija (Anka) and Ruža Pavičić.

He is survived by: his spouse Katica Adžija (Đelekovčan); his children, Mirjana, Robert (Mandy), Jasna and John (Gabriela); his sibling’s child Žana Gjula (late Danny); his grandchildren, Franz, Daniel, Jake, Anders, Lexie, Ava, Andrew, Matthew and Sara; his sibling’s children, Gordana, Maja, Jurica, Kathy, Bob, Nick and Jack; and his sister-in-law Anka.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (45 Elgin St, St Thomas, ON N5R3L9). A prayer was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Leopold Mandic Croatian Catholic Church (2889 Westminster Dr, London, ON N6N1L7).

Remembrances may be made to St. Leopold Mandić Parish or the Canadian Cancer Society.
