With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother Dhyna “Didith” Sta Elena Alfonso at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 16th, 2026 with her family by her side.

Dhyna was born on November 5th, 1973 in Cavite City, Philippines.

She was loved by her 4 J’s: Jhudy-Anne (Jesse), Jhoanna (Marco), Jholina, Jhenica and the father of her daughters, Ricardo “Jhune” Alfonso.

Our family would like to thank the Emergency Department and ICU staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. The dedication, patience and kindness you showed us during this difficult time were deeply appreciated.

Thank you Mommy for everything, especially for all the sacrifices you made for us. We will miss you forever and will never forget you. We find comfort in knowing you are happy with Nanay in heaven. We will love you forever and always.

Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St N, Cambridge ON where family and friends will be received on Wednesday January 28, 2026, from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. Memorial service to be held in the Funeral Home Chaple on Thursday January 29, 2026, at 11a.m.
