ALGUIRE, Ray Clifford Alguire

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ray Clifford Alguire at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Center on Monday, October 27, 2025 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband for 67 years of Dorine Alguire (née Pilon). Loving father of Darlene MacRae (Lee), Daryll Alguire (Ann Brown) and the late Rae Mary Alguire. Cherished grandfather of Jackie Spence (Derek), Joey MacRae, Jaime MacRae (Matthew Lalonde), Lyndsie Alguire and Candace Alguire, great-grandfather of Nevaeh MacRae, Brodey Lalonde, Octavia Alguire, Logan Alguire and Wylie MacRae. He is predeceased by his parents Cory and Sadie Alguire (née Stephenson) and by his siblings; Lavina Rombough (late Dave), Lynden Alguire, Earl Alguire (late Mary), Lillian Kyle (late Orland), Elgin Alguire (late Olive) and Ruth Robillard (late Raymond).

Ray’s family warmly invites all family and friends to gather for a time of visitation and remembrance at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888) on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and from 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday until the time of service. A chapel service will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in Our
Lady’s of the Angels Cemetery in Moose Creek, ON.
