In Loving Memory
With deep affection, we share the passing of Reynosa Camunias Oca Amparo, lovingly known as βInayβ or Auntie Rey, who left us peacefully on February 13, 2025, surrounded by family at her bedside at Lakeridge Health Ajax.
Born in Victoria, Laguna, Philippines, Reynosa was the second of eight siblings and shared a close bond with her sisters Normita, Myrla, Rosemarie, and brothers Paulino, Ting Ishmael, Jerry, and Joseph.
She immigrated to Canada in April 1974 and dedicated her career to office management. In 1975, she married the love of her life, Moises Exconde Amparo Jr., in a simple yet beautiful ceremony in Midland, Ontario. Together, they built a loving family, raising their children Alvin and Aaron.
Reynosaβs legacy will be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and selfless service. She was deeply devoted to her faith, studying the Bible daily and sharing her love with those around her.
Our family is profoundly grateful to the staff at Lakeridge Health Ajax, as well as the PSWs and caregivers who provided compassionate care in her final days.
