KOVACS, Andrew Zoltan ‘Zolie’ – Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on October 8, 2015 in his 86th year.

Dear father of Dan, Randy (Judy) and Carrie Yallin (Mark).

He will be missed by his companion Marguerite, by his grandchildren, and by many nieces and nephews. Brother of Irene and predeceased by his siblings Margaret and Steve.

Special thank you to Dr. Bak & Dr. Song, to the Oncology Unit at the St. Catharines Site, to the Nurses at the Welland Hospital 6th Floor and Woolcott Wing, and the CCAC Staff for their continued support.

At Zolie’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.  Arrangements entrusted to Armstrong funeral home, 179 Clarence St, Port Colborne, Ontario.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
