GILKES, Annabel Gilkes  –  Passed away peacefully on Sunday July 16th , 2023 at Oshawa

in her 93 rd year.

Beloved daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Wood of Durham, formerly of Go Home Bay.

Predeceased by her husband Edward Gilkes and her daughter Darlene Fraser.

Sadly missed by her siblings William Wood (Marg), Mary Elizabeth Wood and their families.

Predeceased by siblings Verna, Jimmy, Davie, Mae and Roger.

Lovingly remembered by her extended family.

Fondly known as ‘Moon’, Annabel worked as a secretary, loved the outdoors, and enjoyed tending to her beautiful flower and vegetable gardens.

A private family service was held at  MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY, Whitby.
