SCAFFIDI ARGENTINA, Antonio – (January 1, 1926 – October 8, 2015) – On Thursday, October 8, 2015, at the age of 89 years, Antonio passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital.

Antonio was predeceased by his devoted wife Giuseppina. Father of Carmelo (Cristina Mattioli) and Angela (Patrick Kelly). Proud Nonno of Jason, Brianna, and Serena. Dear brother of Tindaro of Italy. Predeceased by brothers Antonino of Ottawa, Salvatore of Italy, Michele of Ottawa, and sister Rosaria of Italy.

The family wishes to express a special thank you to Cristina Mattioli and Juan Mattioli for their loving attention and support.

The family also wishes to thank the staff at the Ottawa Hospital for their support; as well to the staff at Villa Marconi.

Family and friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home – Carling Chapel, 2313 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario on Monday, October 12th from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, October 13th to St. Anthony’s Church for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10:00 a.m. Entombment Pinecrest Cemetery.

In memoriam donations in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
