He was predeceased by: his father Reginald Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Bailey; his sisters, Michele Fulkerson (Don), Marla Boakes (Kevin) and Melissa Brolese (Denis); his children, Christopher Bailey (Brandie), Kimberly Bailey and Bethany Bailey; his grandchild Alli Bailey; his wife Shelley Finlay; his stepdaughter Shauna (Andre); his stepgrandchildren, Kinsleigh and Theo; his stepdaughter Stephanie (Kyle); his stepgrandchildren, Madden and Waylon; his stepdaughter Kristen (Dave); and his stepgrandchild Cru. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S8Z4). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
