At Trilogy long term care, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease on Saturday, October 10, 2015.  

Barbara Girdler of Toronto in her 82nd year.

Dear mother of Sharon Girdler and Scott Girdler (Kevin), both of Toronto, with loving memory to Art Carruthers (Toronto), Ralph McDowell and Florence MacDonald (Moncton) and Edna Parberry (Winnipeg).

Friends are invited to the Aftercare Funeral Home in Toronto for a visitation On Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 2-4 pm. 

A gathering will follow at Jawny Baker’s.

At the request of the family, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s society of Canada, or the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.  

The family would like to thank the second floor staff at Trilogy LTC for all of their efforts over the last 12 years in providing excellent care for Barbara.
