PATRICK, Barry Patrick Obituary

PATRICK, Barry – Barry passed away suddenly at the Monrfort Hospital, Ottawa, on Sunday October 11, 2015 at the age of 68.

Barry is survived by his mother Peggy Woolley (nee Harrison) and daughter Julie Patrick. Dear brother to Gail Charters (nee Patrick) and Janice Patrick (deceased). An uncle to Jennifer Stewart (Martin Burns) and great uncle to Emily and Cameron Burns.

Thank you to the staff at the Montfort Hospital and Edgewood Residence.

In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, in memoriam donations to the Diabetes Foundation in honour of Janice Patrick would be appreciated by the family.
