BAZINET, Thomas James Bazinet
December 4, 1955 - November 2, 2025
With hearts full of love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Thomas James Bazinet, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on November 2, 2025, at the age of 69. His departure was sudden, yet serene—he was in the comfort of his home and surrounded by the love of his life, Cindy, and his pup, Charlee.
Tom was born on December 4, 1955, in Haileybury, Ontario, and grew up with his ten siblings, whom he loved and adored. He had an extraordinary gift for lighting up every room he entered, filling it with his infectious laughter, generous spirit, and unwavering love for family and friends. Tom was a man of integrity, kindness, and compassion, treating everyone with the utmost respect.
From his days delivering milk with the local milkman to announcing live on the radio, and later building a successful career in property management, Tom touched and impacted countless individuals throughout his life. Many hold a special place in their hearts for him as a loyal friend and trusted colleague. Tom loved traveling with Cindy, cheering on his favorite team (Go Dallas Cowboys!), and hosting and entertaining his family and close friends.
Tom was a devoted and loving husband to Cindy Masters Bazinet, caring dad to Nolan & Jessica, cherished stepfather to Alisha (Thomas) and Brandi (Brent), and an adoring Papa to Sophie, Kenzie, Lyla, Lilly, Henry & Louis.
He was the treasured son of Cyril & Elma and beloved brother to his siblings, Trisha (the late Jim), Paul, Nancy (the late Carl), Ruth (Jim), Clare (Hal), Gord, Mary (Keith), Barbara (Terry), Jane (Andy), and Karen, generous brother-in-law to Gail (the late Tracy), Darlene (Mike) and Trent and admired by his many nieces and nephews.
He leaves behind a family who adored him and countless friends who were touched by his warmth and generosity. Though his time with us feels far too short, his laughter and love will echo in our hearts forever.
