BEATTY, James Allen Beatty

Passed peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026 surrounded by family. Jim was born in Toronto to Lawrence & Gladys, and he was the younger brother of Arthur (deceased). Married to Lucia and happily celebrated 53 years of marriage. Loved father of Susana and Lawrence (Mylène). Loving grandfather to his 3 granddaughters, Jade (Jason), Desiree and Vanessa and his 2 great grandchildren, Scarlett and Elias. Dear brother-in-law to Lucia’s siblings and beloved uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

A resident of Blackwater (Sunderland) for 30+ years and he will be missed by family and friends. We are thankful for the care and support received at the Port Perry Hospital during these last few weeks.

A Memorial will be held on Saturday, January 24^th at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1950 Wilson Road North, in Oshawa.
