BEAULIEU, Edouard Beaulieu

t is with deep love and sadness that the family of Edouard announces his passing on Friday, December 5, 2025. Devoted husband of Arlette for 65 years. Proud father to his children: Ronald (Lisa), Normand (Sylvia), Lionel, and Daniel. Predeceased by his beloved daughter Colette, his parents, Nazaire and Eugenie Beaulieu, and his thirteen siblings. He held a special place in his heart for his brother-in-law and sisters-in-laws, along with his nieces and nephews.

Edouard’s greatest joy was his family. He was the most loving PepΓ¨re to StΓ©phane (Muranda), Patrick (Carley), Sophie (FranΓ§ois), Sabrina (Syd), and Justin, and he cherished his five great-grandchildren. His pride and delight came from gathering his family together, sharing laughter, and playfully teasing those he loved.

In 1966, he moved his young family from Manitoba to Sault Ste. Marie, where he worked tirelessly as an Ironworker. His dedication and long days of hard labor were always in service of providing for his loved ones.

A man of unwavering faith, Edouard began each day with his rosary and carried a strong devotion to God throughout his life. In retirement, Edouard found peace and happiness in the outdoors alongside his family-gardening, fishing, camping, and riding his big red tractor. These moments of togetherness reflected the values he held most dear: love, faith, and family.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at Mapleview, for the care, compassion, and friendships that enriched Edouard’s final years.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel (114 MacDonald Avenue) on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 11:00 am with Father Micheal Omojala officiating. Marie & Algoma District or Light the Cross would be greatly appreciated.
