Passed away peacefully at LHSC – Victoria Hospital with her parents, brother, sister, and sister-in-law by her side on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the age of 33. Cherished daughter of Peter Jr. and Linda (Zwaan) Bedard. Proud sister of Nathan and Dru, and Jessica and Yasser. Loving aunt of Maverick, Wren, Banks; Iris, and Jack. Beloved granddaughter of Theresa (Ducharme) and the late Peter Sr. Bedard, and Pieter and Marlene (Keys) Zwaan. Fondly remembered by her uncles and aunts; Terry (Lois St-Louis), Denise & Daryl De Fehr, Steve & Shelley Bedard, Colleen & Liam Brennan; Donna and the late Brad Falconer, and Gary Zwaan and many cousins.
Becky was often described as an “old soul,” with a love for the things of another time. She had a special appreciation for classic cars and trucks, loved old country music, and could often be found singing and dancing along to a favourite song. She also enjoyed the freedom of going for a ride on a motorcycle and simply being out on the open road. Becky will be remembered for the unique spirit she carried with her, and by those who loved her for the moments, memories, and pieces of herself that she shared along the way.
Keeping with Becky’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
