FERNANDES, Bernadina Nazareth  – Peacefully on December 27, 2015 with her loving family by her side.

Bernadina was predeceased by her parents Domingo and Maria Santana Nazareth, by her loving husband Diogo Honorato and by her grandson Daniel.

Beloved mother to Carina, John (Patricia), Philip (Pauline), Leo (Alice) and Cyril (Jane).

Devoted grandmother to Wendy (Philip), Lucy, Chloe, Christian, Laura and great-nana to Jack and Benjamin.

Bernadina will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by many nieces and nephews here and abroad.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in St. Wilfrid’s Roman Catholic Church, 1675 Finch Ave. Interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
