BARKLEY, Betty (nee Whitteker) – Suddenly at the Dundas Manor Nursing Home in Winchester on Monday, December 21, 2015, Betty Barkley (nee Whitteker), in her 86th year.

Beloved wife of the late Orlin Barkley.

Loving mother of Barbara Knapp (Steven) of Dunbar. Dear sister of Marian Barkley of Inkerman. Cherished grandmother of Amanda Knapp-Acker (Chris) of Winchester and Shawna McLeod (Chris) of Berwick and great-grandmother of Jessica, Sarah, Meaghan, Jon and William McLeod.

Predeceased by her sister Marjorie Baker and her brothers Bill, Solon, Donald, Harry and Sheldon Whitteker. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, Ontario on Sunday December 27th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the same location on Monday, December 28th at 11 a.m.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
