BIKOS, Thomas Bikos

He came to Canada in July of 1962 to marry his bride who arrived a few years earlier. Together they worked tirelessly to build a beautiful life for their family. He was an honest, hard-working man, who was humble and sensitive, generous and loving, strong and caring. He loved his family with fierce devotion and preserved our Greek heritage through our celebrations and sacraments. He was an incredible host who enjoyed having his home filled with family and friends, good food, good wine, laughter, and music. Everyone was always welcomed.

He had integrity and endless energy. His work ethic was unparalleled and his leadership helped many people along the way.- particularly Greek immigrants who wanted to start a new life in Canada. He was a great husband, an amazing dad, and relative, and an incredible human.

Thomas passed away peacefully with his family by his side, in his 91st year. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and family man whose life was marked by kindness, humility, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ekaterini (Katina), and his cherished children: Demosthenis (Danny) and his wife Arlene, Panayiota (Penny) and her husband Nick, and Erato (Toula). He was a proud and devoted grandfather to the grandchildren he adored: Thomas (Katie), William, Alexander, Katerina, Giuseppe, and Isabella. He is also fondly remembered by his many cousins, nieces, and nephews here and in his homeland of Greece.

Thomas will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his generosity, and his endless devotion to his family, who were the center of his life. His legacy of kindness will live on in his children, his grandchildren, and all who knew him, as he watches over us from above. May God rest his soul in eternal paradise.

Visitation will be held at  Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Monday, December 29, 2025 from 6-9 p.m.  with prayers at 8:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W., London, Ontario on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Konstantine Chatzis officiating.

Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario.
