BLAIR, Rose Blair

Passed away peacefully at Owen Sound Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Born in Perth County on Thursday, March 21, 1929, Rose Elizabeth Blair (nèe Broughton) of Owen Sound, was in her 97th year.

Beloved wife of the late Beverly Blair. Loving mother of Gerry Blair (Mary) of Chatsworth, Penny Farmer (Bill) of Owen Sound, and Cheryl Buck of Owen Sound. Cherished grandmother of Steven (Erin), Derek (Traci), Suzanne (William), Jennifer, Lee (Shelly), and Matthew. Treasured great-grandmother of Gillian, Joshua, Katelyn, Noah, Anneka, Asher, Elyse, Barak, Judah, Kyler and Kaden. Dear sister of Larry Bushen. Rose will also be missed by her nieces, nephews, and friends.

Predeceased by her mother Esther Broughton, her step-parents Edwin and Minnie Parker, and her sons-in-law Robert Havens and Bradley Buck.

Visitation will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 6-8 p.m., and on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service to celebrate Rose’s life at 11 a.m. with Rev. Mark Loyal officiating.
