It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Jacob Bourdeau on October 12, 2025 at the age of 83.

Joe is survived by his brother, Hank (Helen) and was predeceased by his brother Ray (Rose) and his sisters Rita, Lorraine (Ron) Ruta, Irene and Helen. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Joe was a graduate of the University of Windsor, BA 1963 and was a good football and basketball player in Highschool.  In his later years he loved to play golf and euchre and didn’t he also love those awful puns.

A special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff at HDGH – Palliative Care Unit for their exceptional care for Joe.

As per Joseph’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 11:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 12:00 pm.
