It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael William “Bill” Bradburn, who passed away peacefully on February 16, 2025, at the age of 75.

Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife, Doreen, on July 13, 2021. Born in Wolverhampton, England, he was the youngest of two children to parents William and Clare. Bill immigrated to Canada as a young boy, where he developed a love for hockey, playing at St. Michael’s College School. He later coached at St. Michael’s, leading his team to victory in the 1983-84 Minor Midget AA Championship.

Throughout his life, Bill held various roles, including working as a stockbroker before transitioning to teaching business administration and human resources at Durham College, where he retired in 2014.

He is survived by his two children and one grandchild, who will cherish his memory and the legacy he leaves behind.

As per Bill’s request, a private cremation has taken place. He has been laid to rest with Doreen at Mount Lawn Cemetery.
