Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital on July 30, 2025 at the age of 44. She will forever be held in the hearts of her daughter Jessie Lucas (Connor) and step sons Tyler and Marcus Lucas. Boyfriend and best friend, James Karkheck will profoundly feel her absence. Emily was a proud and doting grandmother to Jack Price, Aria Price, James Broughton and Aurora Broughton-Barker. Dearly missed by her father Roy Bradshaw. Predeceased by loving mother Linda Bradshaw (nee Smith).

Emily was known for her loving temperament, for being a best friend and the best mother to her daughter, and was the best grandmother to her grandparents. She absolutely loved music and the outdoors. One of her greatest joys was playing bass and singing with her dad. Her courage, fearlessness, and love of life will live on through those of us who had the privilege of being blessed with her love.
